You sign in with your email first, so the membership attaches to your account. Payments by Polar, merchant of record; prices in US dollars, sales tax added where it applies.
Questions
What do members get that everyone else does not?
Every new role the hour we find it, instead of 3 days later, and email alerts for saved searches after every board check (about every three hours). Everything else on the site is free: every role older than 3 days, the filters, company pages and the apply links.
Do you guarantee interviews or offers?
No. We list roles as employers publish them and link to the employer's own application page. We cannot promise any outcome.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal linked on your account page, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of your first payment, ask through the support page and we refund it in full.
Who handles the payment?
Polar, our merchant of record, takes the payment and handles sales tax. We never see your card.
Do you check my clearance?
No. We never ask about your clearance or store anything about it. Employers verify clearances through their own process.
